Unless you live in a hole, you must know that the long awaited season premiere of LOST is on tonight. Although I am not heavily into television (Project Runway obsession aside) this is my most favorite show of all. I cannot say enough about the intrigue, plot twists, love triangles, super sci-fi craziness! Oh Jack, Hurley, Sayid, Sawyer, even evil, diabolical, nefarious Ben, how I have missed you so!
Workin’ it OUT
Now that I am trying to get in the groove with working out lately, I always have a hard time trying to figure out what I am going to listen to on the ipod to help me keep motivated. Well, I found Podrunner and GROOVELECTRIC podcasts on itunes, free! Podrunner mixes music at different BPMs so you can keep your speed in time with the music. Groovelectric is by the same DJ which is good too. " a marriage of modern electronic dance music and great old funk sound.”
I highly recommend them to anyone that gets bored easily with music to work out to, especially since you do not have to take the time to figure out your own playlists.
Webkinz Anonymous
Ok, so my nephew got these stuffed animals for Christmas called Webkins Think of Beanie Babies that have their own website and virtual world. Kinda cool, kinda scary. I mean what happened to “make believe”? So these Webkinz have “money” that you earn by playing games and things on the site. You then use these dollars to buy food, clothing, toys, etc. for your pet Webkinz. (Talk about learning the value of a dollar early!)
So, my nephew was having a hard time playing some of the games, so like the wonderful aunt that I am, I tell him I will go online and play some of the games for him to earn some cash for him . . . little did I know that I was going to be sucked into the vortex! I am now addicted to playing this dumb game called Cash Cow 2. Ugh. It is like Tetris, so you can understand the addiction. I could lose hours in this black hole if I allowed it. The good thing is that at least I am raking in the dough for the little guy to buy a virtual mansion for his pets.
Back in MSN
Back in MSN. Drove back to mom’s on Saturday and then completed the drive back yesterday. Good to be back with Shawn. Missed him tons. Also happy to get back to continue working on the house things.

Visitin’
Went over to my friend Dawn’s house yesterday afternoon. It was so good to see her and her little girl. She is getting so big!! She is one of those friends that no matter how long it has been since I saw her last, we pick up right where we left off. She is one of the people that I will miss most when we are completely out of CMH.
Today I am going to meet another close friend of mine for lunch. She is really more of a sister than a friend. We have been through it all together and keep laughing all the way. I hate to even think about not being able to run over to her house whenever I feel like it. We have gone through so much together, college, boyfriends, work, marriage, everything. Why can’t Madison be a little closer?

Back in CMH
Well, after a long drive from the parents, Walter and I are back in Columbus. The house is in one piece, but unfortunately not sold. Will be getting the mail and attending to the house for a week or so before I head back to Madison. Feels a bit odd to get back in town after being gone for so long. . . .
Ugh.
OSU lost the BCS Bowl. Miserable defeat.
I drove to mom’s today to start my trip back to Columbus. It was a rainy, foggy mess. Kinda suited my mood, I was so sad to leave Shawn. We were really getting into a good groove with things in MSN. I just want to make this trip and get it over and done with so I can get back to our new “home.”
Happy Holidays
Sorry that I haven’t posted lately, just been busy with working on the house stuff and getting ready for Christmas. Hope to be able to get back into a routine again in the New Year.
Well, we are going to be leaving shortly to drive down to Mom and Dad’s to start the whirlwind holiday tour. Can’t wait to see everyone and have a great time. I probably won’t post again until after the New year, so Happy Holidays to you!
Sticking Around
Well, we are all now in MSN. Had a good time at the parent’s for Thanksgiving. Good times, good food. Maybe a bit too much food . . . .
Shawn and I have decided that I am going to stay here until after the holidays. That way I can take care of things with the builders and stuff. To be honest, I have elated that I don’t have to go back to CMH. There is nothing there for me to do other than clean. So happy!!
