Well, I found Podrunner and GROOVELECTRIC podcasts on itunes, free! Podrunner mixes music at different BPMs so you can keep your speed in time with the music. Groovelectric is by the same DJ which is good too. " a marriage of modern electronic dance music and great old funk sound.”
I highly recommend them to anyone that gets bored easily with music to work out to, especially since you do not have to take the time to figure out your own playlists.
