Ok, so it is FREEZING here!!! It is -2° outside, and that is not even considering the wind chill. We have about two feet of snow on the ground and are predicted to get another three to six more inches tonight. I am sick of it!! There is nothing more that I would love right now than to be laying on a warm beach watching the sunset. I am craving sand between my toes and the smell of suntan lotion, maybe a foofoo drink or two. . . No more frozen tundra, please!

Ok, I just have to say that Walter is a sweetie pie. What a great little buddy he is! I just wish that his conversation skills were a bit more.

Now that I am trying to get in the groove with working out lately, I always have a hard time trying to figure out what I am going to listen to on the ipod to help me keep motivated. Well, I found Podrunner and GROOVELECTRIC podcasts on itunes, free! Podrunner mixes music at different BPMs so you can keep your speed in time with the music. Groovelectric is by the same DJ which is good too. " a marriage of modern electronic dance music and great old funk sound.”

I highly recommend them to anyone that gets bored easily with music to work out to, especially since you do not have to take the time to figure out your own playlists.

Sorry that I haven’t posted lately, just been busy with working on the house stuff and getting ready for Christmas. Hope to be able to get back into a routine again in the New Year.

Well, we are going to be leaving shortly to drive down to Mom and Dad’s to start the whirlwind holiday tour. Can’t wait to see everyone and have a great time. I probably won’t post again until after the New year, so Happy Holidays to you!

Took Walter to Doggie Day Care today. Thank God for that place! He gets to play with all of his doggie friends and wears his butt out! While he was gone, I scrubbed the house from top to bottom. Mopping floors, washing window, the whole nine yards. I needed to get the whole house clean and in order for another round of showings. Hopefully, one will turn out to be an offer! One can only hope . . . until then, I will keep on scrubbing.

Just wanted to add a quick post that Ohio State beat Kent State 48 to 3.

It has been insanely, record-breaking hot here. I mean 90’s in October! However today is the finally more in line with the season. Chilly, crisp air. Mmmm it even smells like it now, dry leaves and wood smoke. All i need is a caramel apple and I am ready to go.

Well the open house is over. The realtor said that we had 9 people show up for the open house, which she said is really good for two hours. I wonder how many of them were the neighbors. . . We also had a showing after the open house, plus the one we have today. I am hoping that something comes of this soon. I know that I need to be patient and that the house has been on the market for only a week, but I hate this waiting game. Can’t someone please buy this place?

On a side note, I am happy to report the the Chicago Bears had a come from behind victory last night against the hated Green Bay Packers!
