This past month has been a rough one. I’ve had a cold, then a cough, then and ear infection. Being sick is not fun, but I’m finally starting to feel better, hopefully mom and dad will stop chasing me around with Boogie Wipes soon! We did find out that I am 36.5 pounds and 3 feet tall while at the doctor. Who knew I was so big!
Even though I was sick, we still had a lot of fun this month. Mommy and Daddy took me to the zoo -in the dark- to see the pretty Christmas lights and we rode on the train. It was cold out, but I was bundled up in my winter clothes and was wrapped up in my quilt, so I was toasty warm.
We also went to see Santa! I was not very impressed with him, but mommy and daddy seemed to have fun, so I went with it. He should definitely bring me lots of presents this year, since I’ve been very helpful around the house baking Christmas cookies, moving the tree ornaments around, and cleaning out the kitchen cabinets.
I really love to sing right now. Some favorites are “Take Me Out to the Ballgame,” “C is for Cookie,” and “Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star.” I also love all of the music from ‘Follow that Bird’ and the theme song to Thomas’ show. Mommy says that she reminds me of Auntie Roz singing all the time. Maybe I’ll grow up to play music like her some day!
I am really looking forward to this next month. I get to visit all my family for Christmas and hopefully go sledding with my cousin Luke! Plus, I get to see my Uncle Alan! He is SO BIG AND STRONG! So many fun things to look forward to, I hope you have a Happy Holiday!
